Aqua Aerobics Classes


Our 45-minute moderate-intensity workout is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Set to fun, energising music, this low-impact class combines exercise with a splash of dance to keep you moving! Aqua Aerobics uses water resistance to increase muscle strength, improve endurance, and enhance flexibility. It's ideal for those with joint injuries like arthritis, as well as seniors, pregnant women, and anyone recovering from injury—or anyone simply looking for a fun and effective workout in the water.
